XDJ RX3 Midi re-map of release pad effects?

Hi all. New to the RX series and just bought a RX3 (after taking back the Prime4+).

I want to know if i can remap the Release effect pads to an effect i want via recordbox, namely replace Long brake, Long back spin and Ducking effects to beat effects i want to/will actually use. Ive connected via PC and looked at the Record box performance mode editing but its not very clear. I dont even know if you can remap them and save internally so you dont need to keep a laptop plugged in for them to work? Been trawling the net for information on this but nothing is coming up.

Is this even possible and if so can you link some information on how to?
