I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with a critical issue I am facing concerning my Rekordbox 5 software. Just a day ago, I was able to use Rekordbox without any problems. However, after restarting my laptop, I have been unable to open the application.
I have tried various troubleshooting steps in an attempt to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, none of them have been successful. Here is a summary of the steps I've taken:
Reinstallation: I deleted Rekordbox and reinstalled it, but the application still fails to open.
Login Attempts: Even after reinstalling Rekordbox, I tried logging in again, but nothing happens upon clicking the application icon.
Running Processes: I noticed that Rekordbox processes are still running in the Task Manager even when the application fails to open. Additionally, when it does open, only a black box appears.
AppData Deletion: I deleted the Rekordbox folder in the AppData directory and restarted my computer multiple times, but the issue persists.
It's important to note that I do not use MSI Afterburner or any MSI apps that might cause conflicts with Rekordbox.
Furthermore, I even attempted to install Rekordbox 6 to see if the issue persists with the newer version, but unfortunately, I am facing the same problem with Rekordbox 6 as well.
I am at a loss as to what could be causing this problem and how to resolve it. I rely heavily on Rekordbox for my work, and this situation is impacting my productivity significantly.
Could you please provide me with guidance on how to proceed? I'm open to any suggestions or solutions you might have. If there are specific steps I need to follow or diagnostic information I should provide, please let me know, and I will gladly cooperate.
I have attached screenshots of the error messages I encounter, as well as the list of running processes from the Task Manager when Rekordbox is running. Please let me know if any additional information is needed from my end.
