Cloud sync issue - always show as uploaded even though I deleted rekordbox folder from Dropbox
Hi there,
I've had a hell of a time getting Cloud Sync to work. From the very beginning I had to downgrade Rekordbox to even get the upload to trigger. After initially getting it to work, I reorganized all my music and was hoping to see it reflected, but it never was.
Troubleshooting steps I've taken so far:
- delete all playlists from Rekordbox
- upgrade to 6.9.4 (latest)
- notice the sync taking a while to update
- observe no playlists on my connected devices
- re-added playlists
- see the playlists, but no tracks
- delete rekordbox folder from Dropbox
- remove rekordbox / Dropbox link
- redo rekordbox / Dropbox link and re-click the "merge accounts" stuff
- observe now duplicates show up, but no tracks
- at one point I saw all the tracks in the playlists, but my devices (Opus Quad and iPad) couldn't download them (duh, I deleted the rekordbox folder from Dropbox)
- sync again after redoing everything from step 1
- now I see the playlists again, but no tracks on connected devices
- rekordbox on my laptop says they're already uploaded, so it doesn't attempt to upload them
What is going on? Nothing I do helps. It seems like Rekordbox has a local cache indicating it has already been uploaded, but it does no diff against reality on Dropbox? Any help is appreciated as this service is worthless to me if I can't reliably see updates on my mixer.

MixMasterG, thank you. What am I missing? I deleted every playlist from Rekordbox and verify they're all gone on my other devices. Then I re-add them and Rekordbox shows that all tracks have already been uploaded, even though my rekordbox folder on Dropbox is empty from my earlier deletion. I read online that you're supposed to delete them from Rekordbox and I did that. Yet every time I re-add them, it says the tracks are there. When I go to download them on my Opus Quad or iPad, however, it fails. Because the tracks aren't actually on Dropbox anymore. It's like the sync has an old bad cache.
I found "deleted files" on Dropbox that were hidden and still there. Currently permanently deleting them in hopes that Rekordbox re-uploads and maps everything properly.
