DDJ-FLX 10

I have been using DDJ-FLX-10 and my macbook keeps freezing. I lowered the buffer on Serato DJ to 10 but the sound wave lengths keep freezing, I get red and orange warning on Serato DJ, and the sound start to cut out or stop. I followed all the suggestions from Serato DJ for optimal settings. I even took my laptop to Apple to see if something was wrong with it. They said its running fine. Anyone else havin the same issue?

I am running Ventura 13.4.1
