hoping someone can provide some feedback. is it that the XDJ-R1 can only support a single deck with the USB stick?

right deck on XDJ-R1 won't read USB
I formatted my USB according to the proper instructions and it reads perfectly on my left deck, but the right side doesn't recognize it. I tried only playing from the right deck but it still only lets me get as far as selecting the browse type (i.e. Artist, Album, BMP...etc) but always freezes up saying "Please wait".

You record your performance using Serato while the bug is happening, does the recorded output also have out-of-sync FX?
