Cant read or play any music anymore w rekordbox and macOS 12.7

I have been using ddj-400, last week I received the new rev5 and ddj-flx4.  after plugging them in and playing for a couple hours the left side of my rv5 board play/pause button went out and buttons on that side were not useable. I also couldn't load music with either the Load button or the selection dial, and also couldn't load music utilizing the computer,  then the right side did the same thing.  as of right now I cant play any music.   when brining up rekordbox on my Mac  I cant even listen to music even in export mode when clicking on the song in my collection to hear a preview and it wont let me load.  everything looks normal on the screen, just cant listen or load any music.   it does this on the computer wether the ddj is plugged in or not plugged in.
