DDJ SR2

My controller wont fully power up when I just plug it in the load and cue only light up. I can still play serato on it.

My play count is not working when connected to my DDJ SR2 using Serato pro, but when its not connected to the DDJ IS WORKS. Does anyone knows the fix for this????

Using a Asus computer running windows. It use to work before but now it's acting special....
