Left platter of Rev 7

Is there a solution for the faulty left deck of the rev 7? I bought mine's back in May 2023 and by the end of August 2023, the left platter would play a song for a few seconds before it slows down to a stop then starts spinning in reverse. I've seen other posts about this issue but it seems as if they are being ignored.
