XDJ-1000 Firmware Update: Active Loop Bug FIX

Rejoice XDJ-1000 users! Pioneer has dropped a lovely updated that includes the much sought after Active Loop bug fix (the bug that caused the loop to become absurdly short, causing a god-awful buzzing noise).

[NEW]

MASTER PLAYER SELECT (AUTO) support (TORAIZ SP-16 PRO DJ LINK feature)
Search using multiple words by adding a space in the [SEARCH] category.

[FIXED]

When connected via Pro DJ LINK, some features of the CDJ-2000NXS2 or XDJ-1000MK2 were disabled.
Playback of an AIFF music file (24bit/48kHz) stopped and tracks could not be loaded to a deck.
Digitally distorted white noise occurred when playing certain .WAV files.
Serato DJ: a playing track jumped to the start or first cue point in the Control Mode
Active loop activated a very short loop.
macOS 10.12 Sierra: XDJ-1000 was sometimes not recognized as an audio device.

Though I've moved on to CDJ-2000NXS2, this update will definitely make many MK1 users happy.

Just because you ask for it doesn't mean it can / will be implemented.

The engineers' first focus is always to address bugs / issues / complaints, and following that, adding any reasonable requests that are within the technical limitations of the product.

As neither of us are in a position to say what is and is not possible to implement, I have to default to my standard response of:

"I'm sorry, the engineers are aware of your request for that feature, but I can't guarantee that it can or will be added in a future update. Thanks for your feedback."

quite a few months ago I asked if there was anyway a user could request various software amendments in the next XDJ-1000 firmware update....

I was asked if I could outline those amends in this forum so they could be reviewed.

Bold the new update is here.... And you guest in in a not so surprising fashion of what most would expect of Pioneer.... none of those amendments were implemented.

Not even press/hold Backspace to delete the whole text in the search field.

People are paying thousands of dollars for your products and you treat your customers with utter contempt.
