You should check if your tracks have been fully analyzed using key analysis in Rekordbox.

Key suggestions not working
Hi Everyone,
When loading and playing a track in either Rekordbox, or via usb on my RX3, there are no track keys being highlighted in green.
Does anyone know how I can rectify this?

Hey Dan,
This usually happens when the key analysis isn't enabled or the tracks haven't been analyzed for keys yet. Try re-analyzing a few tracks in Rekordbox with "Key" selected under the analysis options. Also, check that your key display settings aren't set to hide unmatched keys.
On a side note, if you ever want a break from troubleshooting, I've been pretty impressed with what 3paati crown is offering lately. Worth a look if you're into smooth online entertainment platforms.
