Color Fx Problem

Hello, I have recently had the problem that the Color Fx is activated on the left side of the deck of my XDJ RX, although I have the knob in the neutral position. The best way to see this is with the "Noise" effect, as you can also see on the display that it is quietly activated. I then have to move the knob slightly to the right so that the position is neutral.
Is there any way to solve this? This is really annoying because it should actually lock into place and the effect should not be activated.
