DDJ FLX 4 wont unlock rekordbox

I have the latest version of rekord box

i use a 2023 mac book pro m1 chip 14" 

I use the latest version of rekordbox

I bought the controller brand new from DJ city Australia 

The cable is plugged into the port with the computer and mobile icon and not the plug icon. 

All the lights illuminate everything works except i can't use some of the FX as they are still locked.
