rekordbox export issues

Hello, I have problems exporting my playlists (rekordbox 6.7.8), once exported, I put the USB in a CDJ 3000, and there is no playlists neither songs. In fact, the files are in the USB, but in the CDJ everything is empty. Not sure if it is related, but this is the first time I am exporting after configuring the Cloud Sync.
