Xdj rx 3 rekordbox app sync doesn't work.

hello i have macbook pro m2 max 32 ram ventura 13.4

im using rb 6.7.7 with rx3 version update 1.7.

in the middle of the gig the app stops responding and music stops, i disconnect the usb from rx3 and i plugin again and nothing happened, i shut off the power from rx3 and it continue to stay open for couple like for 10 seconds. i restart the whole laptop and rx3 so can work again. that happened twice but first time was only the rb. i spoke with one of my friend and he had that problem 3 times. can i do something for that?
