so this is my first time downloading the software. i have downlaoded it and can now bring the popup up where it asks for me to login or register. and it says if you have an alphatheta account please use that. so i have an account and i can login into the website with ease. i have just reset my password as it wasnt working before. so after that i went and tried to access the actuall software and i put in my acocunt and it said wrong password or username and wont leet me login, despite having the corect login details. please could someone help as i am getting my first set in a couple of days and am trying to get this ready so i can actually use it,
