Sorry to hear that your fixture does not work. Actually, rekordbox lighting engineers tested the lighting fixture with the simulator.
However, nothing is lit when using rekordbox lighting, which is in a way as expected, unfortunately. 

This lighting fixture in rekordbox lighting has the cautions below.  Many customers do not notice these cautions.

First, the fixture category "Effects" (*1) as a whole is not supported. Also, some channels with (*2) cannot be controlled by rekordbox.

The BoomToneDJ LightShow 4FX fixtures usually stop working due to power, mode, or DMX setup issues. Check that the unit is properly powered and cables are secure, confirm it’s ServiceTitan set to the right mode (DMX, auto, or sound-activated), and verify the DMX address matches your controller. If settings are corrupted, you can restore factory defaults by powering off, holding the mode button, and powering back on until reset is confirmed. 

Yeah, this fixture can be tricky with myhtspace control software. Even if it’s detected, some “Effects” category lights aren’t fully supported, so they won’t respond as expected.
