Click on beat should snap to it like a cue

I am searching for a function which I am used to have in Traktor. 

It's quite simple and intuitive:

• A short click on a position into the waveform
• should "shift" my cue position in the song to exact to that beat I just clicked.
• similar to the one when I click the upper "waveform overview". when I click in the upper waveform, my position "jumps" right where I clicked, but very "inaccurate" it will never quantize to the beat. The lower waveform has only this vague skimming, but a single click doen't do anything

I try to avoid this tedious and time consuming swiping till I hit the beat I want to add a memory cue or hot cue. (I know I can click cue to snap to the nearest beat, but I want to be able to click somewhere, where it then jumps to.
