Rekordbox Subscription Not Activating

I purchased the Professional Subscription and received an invoice, however nothing will show in the Rekordbox application. "My Page" only shows the free option and nothing under "Purchase History" on Rekordbox or the Pioneer DJ website. Anybody else having this problem and/or know when it should be resolved?

I have this problem!

I followed the instructions in the order confirmation email but nothing happened.

I wrote to support 3 days ago and no reply yet!

My gig failed because of this and I'm outraged.

PIONEER GET IT TOGETHER!

Did your confirmation invoice come from MyCommerce? The email says they're an authorized reseller for Alpha Theta, but it just seemed weird to me.
