Is the CDJ connected to the computer via USB or Ethernet? If USB, did you install the USB Link Export driver?

Rekordbox 5.0.2 can not connect to a player CDJ-2000NXS2
I installed the new rekordbox 5.0.2 on my desktop computer. I turned on the players (CDJ-2000NXS2) and in the program does not release the button for "link" with players. Тhe new version would not have moved this button?
Please help with this problem :)

The problem was from Windows firewall - turn off
