Rekordbox 5.1.1 doesn't start on Windows 10

I've bought a new PC and rekordbox doesn't start up. I've tried installing different versions (5.0.0, 5.0.3), reinstalling, run as administrator. Could you please help me.

My Pc specs: (Asus VivoBook S15 S510UA-BQ514T)

  • Intel Core i5-8250U
  • 8Gb RAM
  • Intel UHD Graphics 620

I have the same problem... however I upgraded from version 5.0.3 which was working great.

I get an exception error when it try to load the iTunes component.   I have the crash dumps .

@Albert > If you use Windows as the operating system, there might be a problem with its driver for display adapter. Check if your driver software is the latest version.

I don't think rekordbox performance mode runs on Intel Core i5-8250U (8th gen Intel CPUs) I reported it in a ticket hopefully they release an update.
