Pioneer DDJ SZ2 Bass Not Working.

I am having sound issues with my Pioneer DDJ SZ2. Past 2 weeks in the middle of djying I lose all my low end (bass) where I would have to turn my EQ low ends to max to even get a decent bass sound. Someone told me it’s a firmware issue. Would you happen to have any insight on this?
