No, sorry - the XP1 is really designed for use with rekordbox, but can also be used to trigger hot cues from a CDJ. It can't be used to control a DJM.

DJM900nxs2 with DDJ-XP1 possible to trigger HW Effects?
since this device has touchstrips and other fx Features, is it possible to remote the hw fx section of the 900nxs2 when plugged into it ?

Would you suggest this as a future Feature/Firmware update on the nxs2?
when playing standalone it would be cool to handle the effects on the djm same way as on Controllers (pad effects). i think the xp1 would be a perfect device to expand the djm900nxs2 with this Features.
imagine you can Control the cdjs (hotcues loops etc) and also the effects on the djm perfect standalone Setup.

Sorry, but I don't see the advantage you would obtain in having the XP1 connected to a DJM. It makes sense for a CDJ since you have all the pads readily accessible, but you're not gaining anything when using it with a DJM.

hmm why not? pad fx on the djm would be a really cool thing and would kinda complete the standalone experience. the xp1 is the ideal add on for this. one could choose either Controlling cdjs cues Loops etc or choose the pad fx mode for Controlling fx on the djm.
