Installation Aborted

For 2 days now i have been unsuccessful with installing Rekordbox (any version)

All Visual c are upto date. i have tried various routes to no avail.

The error is

Installation Aborted

Setup was not completed

Output folder: C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp
Extract: vcredist_x86.exe... 100%
Extract: vcredist_x64.exe... 100%
Execute: C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\vcredist_x64 /q /norestart

I have just recieved my DDJ 1000 so really need help.

I have filed an inquiry, however have not recieved a reply as of yet.
