Sync Manger Always On Top!!!

I have been having this issue for years (the first rekordbox) and it hasn't bugged me all that much until today. When ever rekordbox is removing track from the device the computer becomes basically usable, and lucky me I had to pick a large playlist to remove...

After messing around with my playlists, I found that the sync manager window is always on top of everything, including the task bar. Although this give me a work around to move the sync window out of view (just to see the arrow). Because when you start removing playlists/tracks that window locks the sync manger window from being moved, and this window is always on top as well.

EDIT: WHY WOULD YOU LOCK THIS THREAD?!?!?!

YOU JUST LINKED ME TO A TOPIC I LITTERIALY JUST POSTED ON MINUTES BEFORE CREATING THIS ONE, WHICH I THEN REALIZED IT WAS FROM 2015..... AND HASNT EVEN BEEN SOLVED YET!!! HOW IS THIS SUPOSED TO HELP ME.
