Sorry, no information is available on the MIDI output data for the SZ2.
I had a DDJ-SX and Rekorbox. I upgraded to the at the time brand new SZ-2 and I thought I would be able to use it with Rekordbox but as you know there is no support for that. So I ended up with a $2000.00 controller but unable to use Rekordbox with it. I am trying to map it to a third party software application for the MIDI-output.
I have mapped all the command that I need for midi-input and now I am trying to finalize the midi-output commands. With the help of the midi tables provided by Pioneer I was able to get everything working except for the red LED ring on the jogwheels and the lights that blink when the track is approaching the end.
The documentation provided by pioneer does not have sufficient information to map the jogwheels LED ring and the (track status LEDs).
Since I own Rekorbox, I tried to examine the mapping files for the DDJ-SZ and the DDJ-RZ controllers. They both point to the following statements.
JogCurrentCue BB20, BB21, BB22, and BB23
EndWarningIndicator 9B04, 9B05, 9B06, and 9B07
None of this information is provided in the MIDI tables for the DDJ-SZ2.
Is the information the same for the DDJ-SZ2?
I have tried to use that information but it doesn't work. If the information is the same, can I get a little guidance on the right kind of signal needed to make LED ring and the LED indicator on the jogwheels to work correctly.
If the information is not the same, can you provide the correct information for the DDJ-SZ2?
Sorry, no information is available on the MIDI output data for the SZ2.

If you can please share this map with me i would aprecciate it <snip> i can live with those couple of things not working all i really need is my cue points my effects and my jog wherls and im good
rekordbox does not support the DDJ-SZ2 as that controller is marketed and sold as a Serato DJ controller (and will also work with other MIDI-compatible programs such as Virtual DJ).
