CDJ-2000NXS firmware update problem

Dear Pioneer, i cant update my cdj-2000nxs firmware, already try with several flashdisk, old n new, with fat format also. but still canot update the firmware, the cdj not read the file/disk. please help to solves this

Here's the steps:

format your USB drive to FAT32 or HFS+ with MBR (Master Boot Record)
download the latest firmware for your player (be sure to get the right one to match your model): CDJ-2000, CDJ-2000NXS, CDJ-2000NXS
please DO NOT use Safari to download the firmware; it has a feature to automatically unzip the download and for some reason, it winds up corrupting the firmware data file
unzip the download, place the UPD file onto the root of the USB drive
hold the USB + RELOOP/EXIT button while powering-up the CDJ
when instructed to insert the USB drive, connect it to the top USB port
wait until the device is recognized and the firmware update has completed before powering-off the CDJ

Dear Pioneer,

I followed all the steps above ( and the update guide) and I still can't update my cdj 2000nxs2. I'm stucked at this message "Connect USB storage device into top USB port"

The usb port flashes continuesly but is not reading the USB stick.

Is there maybe please other advice you can give?

With 'top USB port' the regular USB port is meant right? Just verifying to be completely sure.

I hope you can please help me.

Please try using a different USB drive, and ensure it's formatted to FAT32 (MBR), that the firmware file was unzipped to the root (and not renamed). That's pretty much it. If the USB port works otherwise, then the issue is your drive.
