XDJ-RX2 Firmware update (Ver.1.23)

Do you guys have instructions on how to update to the new firmware Ver. 1.23? I downloaded the file on my mac, but what do I need to do after that? The message keeps popping up that I need to update the firmware, so other than downloading the file I'm not clear on what else is required.
