DJM800 no headphone output?

headphones stopped working on my mixer, got a new headphone socket and problem still exiist. even used diff headphones and nothing.

so other than the socket what else could be gone i need to replace? it works fine otherwise, all inputs/outputs still work

Sorry, unfortunately it could be a hardware failure; please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have it inspected / serviced.

Have you got a source selected, the mix knob in the correct location, and the volume up?

Yes cue is dead on all channels, master and efx. Worked one day fine then next day was nothing. Did service mode and all buttons and knobs passed

Is no center near me. I'm just wondering if it would be the headphone amp assy dwx2256 or the dsp easy dwx2669 that I should replace ?
