djm-900srt has no control of music in rel mode from cdjs

Have a Mac book Pro that has no cdj control. It worked before but only if we clicked the cdj mode in the setup screen.

But soon after about 30 mins into mixing we would lose control of the cdjs and the loaded files start bouncing back in forth making a weird sound. 

Now when we connect that same mac book we have zero cdj control. Serato Dj does recognize the computer and shows both players. It also runs just fine in internal mode. 

It works fine with other macbook Pros so i know its isolated to this one computer. This same computer we are having issues with works just fine on the DDJ-sz controller. 

Help!!!!
