Hi Guys..
All of a sudden while doing a gig the sound just went dead.. since then 3 months ago I just cant get my ddj sx to give out sound. I can cue select songs do everything but no sound from master or headphones. downloaded firmware and drivers still no sound? Pioneer hasn't been very helpful they close my ticket without even offering help?I'm going mad just about to throw the thing out the window and move over to Denon. tried it with reckordbox and serato no sound??Any ideas or tips how to resolve? Thanks

Need a bit of info and things for you to check:
- which OS are you running on your computer?
- which version firmware / drivers / software are installed?
- are the channel meter LEDs showing signal?
- does the unit work if you connect a line device to one of the inputs?
- does the unit work when connected to another computer?
