I’ve had my controller for just over 5 months. I do travel with it but rarely. I have just noticed that when I use the right trim button it causes the sound to stop or fade to a distant noise (similar to when you are playing music and hold the jack just out of the socket.) Upon further inspection I noticed that this happens when I apply pressure to the controller on the area around the trim knob. It seems like a loose connection but not sure. Any advice?
@Ed > Sorry to hear that! It's possible that the trim pot solder connections have weakened due to impact -- as it's only 5mo old, you may be covered by the warranty for repairs. Best to contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region, they can direct you to a shop to have it inspected and/or serviced.
