What's going on with this website? NXS2 firmware page is blank. I had the same problem a few weeks ago trying to download the drivers for my DDJ-SR. I'm using Chrome.

Simply change "/en" to "/en-gb" and it will work.

I got another bug trying to update my nxs2's to Firmware 1.83
I downloaded the file and extracted it to a USB stick.
Starting the procedure, it wont load the stick....
Info:
- I am using the same stick since i use CDJ2000's
- always formating it (fat / fat32)
- yes just that one .upd file on the stick
- yes latest version on the decks (have 4 of them) is 1.82
- yes I tried other sticks too

Alex, are you following the update instructions exactly?
make sure the file is on the root of the drive and the name is exactly C2KNXS2.UPD
if you donwload it and theres another in your folder it auto renames it to C2KNXS2_1.UPD which the CDJ will not recognize

Yes I followed the instructions. As of today, I downloaded the file again, used that one and it worked...
