I've got a CDJ-2000nxs that took a hard fall. The jog display wasn't working correctly, and eventually I traced the problem to broken traces and damaged parts on the PNLB board, which I've replaced. The jog display is now working correctly, but the CD slot light and the ring lights on the play and cue buttons don't work, UNLESS the play or cue buttons are pressed - then everything lights up as normal, as long as they're pressed down. I assumed the KSWB board was also damaged, but I've replaced it and nope, same problem. Everything else on the unit works correctly.
Any ideas? This behavior makes me think that there might be a ground jumper on the KSWB that needs to be cut, and that maybe there are multiple revisions of the PNLB board that require cutting or not cutting ground traces, but I can't find anything about this in the service manual.

Your best bet would be to contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region, they may be able to talk you through some of that over the phone, or they may direct you to a repair facility.
