XDJ RX2 Beatgrid Snapping Problem (Quantize on)

Hello Pioneer , Ive had my XDJ-RX2 for over 4 Months now and have been really happy with them as of yet , there has been this one issue though that ive had since the beginning and it seems you guys have fixed part of the problem,
 ive taken a photo Showing 5 cue Points between 1/1 beats,I have Quantize on to a value of 1/4 .After one of your firmware updates im now able to use the Hot Cue to snap to smaller Quantized values though i Still cant use the main Cue Button to get to B, C, or D Until i Turn Quantize off ,I can only ever seem to cue to the nearest 1 beat , i have the same Problem when im looping whilst mixing , it will snap to the the nearest 1 beat throwing the mix out..regardless of me having Quantize down to 1/4 . 
As you can see in the image , I need to be able to snap to C as thats the correct part of the song
I Realise rekordbox might have some options to help with this though i use this as a stand alone device.
