Aggregator (MacOS) needs to become a 64-bit application "real soon now", please

In the Apple WWDC on Monday June 4, 2018, Apple announced that the next MacOS release (Mojave) will be the last release to support 32-bit applications.

CDJXDJ_Aggregator_103 is still a 32-bit application. (See attached).

The aggregator is critical for DJing with a laptop, and needs a 64-bit release for MacOS.

Is there a Pioneer person here who can provide assurance that the Aggregator will be re-released as a 64-bit app in a fairly near future?  Surely this can't be a big engineering exercise; maybe it's just a matter of recompiling with a new Xcode release from Apple?

Did you know the purpose of the aggregator itself is to simply create an aggregate audio device ... once? You could do this manually, but the tool is designed to streamline the process.

Given that Mojave doesn't come out until Sept/Oct, we've got plenty of time, but I could also teach you how to set this up yourself so you don't need to rely on this tool to do it for you. ;)

Thanks for the feedback!

Well, that's useful to know. I thought I needed to fire that up every time I wanted to spin (which is what I've been doing).

Good to know I (presumably) don't need to do that once the aggregate device is created.

Thanks

Correct; the aggregate is a permanent resident in your audio devices once created.
