Yes this is happening for me too. Especially when I switch from playing from a usb to rekordbox Dj.
Hi, yesterday I bought the xdj-rx2 and tested all buttons, pads...
It is connected to amacbook with latest version of rekordbox.
Yesterday during my first tests the crossfader swich was in middle position for smooth fading, At some point I positioned to the left "tru" and worked perfectly.
Today I started the system up and wanted to test the right position to perform cuts but noticed that changing the position didn't do anything, it stays in tru, so both channels are at 100% all the time whatever position the crossfader is. Rebooting doesn't change anything, whatever position de switch is in it remains in "tru".
Must I retirn the unit (bought yesterday)?
Thank you

So what can I donto fix it? Switch to usb for one track and switch back?
Look at the mixer within rekordbox to see if you have any channels assigned to either side of the crossfader:

Thank you, indeed when connected to the macbook those 2 channels goes off when moving the crossfader switch to "tru" and don't automatically comes back.
I hadn't seen those because I also hadn't checked the "Mixer" on top of interface.
