Broken booth jack Ddj-SX2

On one of my quarter inch booth outputs, the outer portion of metal separated from the jack. It looks like the piece should pop back in, but I can't find where it disappeared to.

Anyone know what this piece is called and if it is to be purchased separately, or whether I need to send the board in for repair (hopefully not, my last experience with sending a board for repair was not fun at all)
