Problem with DDJ-RR firmware

Hi ! I have updated my ddj-rr firmware to the latest version and after that the needle search function on the left deck stopped working, so I want to downgrade to the previous version of the firmware in order to check if the problem is there. Thank you !

Before I direct you to file a ticket, could you please try resetting the MIDI mapping?

Open rekordbox with the RR connected, click the MIDI button (top right) and click the DEFAULT button (top right of the MIDI window). It will confirm a reset, then test and see if that has resolved the issue.
