Is rekordbox configured for internal or external mixer mode?
Do you have the channels assigned to the crossfader? (You achieve that by toggling the hardware switch on the RX itself.)

Cross fader not responding!
My cross fader is not responding on my rekordbox program it is showing greyed out! And on my DDJ RX the cross fader isn’t sticky or anything was wondering if you could help!
