However, I can't get that to work....
What part of the iTunes window do I need to drag the playlist to?
Windows and Mac OS handle the drag/drop process differently, it may not work exactly the same way.
Or... you can export the m3u8 file from rekordbox (right-click on the playlist and export), then in iTunes go to Library > Import Playlist.

If you are on MacOS this will do what you are looking for
To transfer playlists to another player, use the website musconv.com. After login into the appropriate services, ask musconv to move any songs, playlists, or albums from one service to the other.
