Open Rekordbox, go to Preferences > CDJ & Device > Device tab and make sure the dropdown is set to XDJ-R1. Then re-export the playlist.

Read Playlist from USB rekordbox to XDJ-R1
Good day, I have acquired a Pioneer XDJ R1 with firmware 1.13, I have installed the rekordox 5.3.0 on a mac.
I enter the rekordbox, I create the playlist, and I export it to my USB, until then everything is fine.
I connect the USB and I do not see the playlist created in the rekordbox, only folder appears in the explorer. I would like to know if I should activate something in the controller, in the rekordbox or there are compatibility problems.

I have read about it, but on my rekordbox does not appearCDJ & Device, it can be my rekordbox version?

Ey men, thank you very much, with your explanation i finally managed to export the playlist to the usb and that my controller read it. I can't found the preferences mode that i saw in the forums.
