My S9 crossfader won't close on either end. Basically dead. Curve has no effect either when I adjust. Had to dj the last 20mins of my set on upfaders only.
I'm on the latest firmware; High Sierra, Serato DJ Pro. All up to date.
I've adjusted the "silence amount" for the crossfader in system utility every way possible . No luck.

Hello, I have the same issue since three weeks. Pioneer service in germany don't know about this...because my issue/problem occurs sporadically. First restart your hardware and check all latest firmware and drivers...thats helped me...
Nothing worked for me. I'm on the latest firmware and drivers. def; restarted many times. Dead fader.
Sent it off for repair. Hopefully I can find some answers as to why a well maintained mixer's fader stopped working.
Follow up:
The good people at Neon Production Supply in Las Vegas repaired my mixer.
I was told " A piece in the slider came loose and fell out. It is the sensor that tells the circuit board where the wiper is"
