DJM 750mk2 buzz/whine on headphone jack

There are several posts about this already, please reference:

I will try to sum up all the info I have gathered myself personally on this issue.

I tested with 2 brand new DJM 750mk2's side by side, both have the same identical buzz/whine coming from the headphone jack when headphones are plugged in.  Only happens when mixer is powered on, and AFTER the bootup phase, so as soon as it initializes and becomes ready to use, THEN the buzz/whine starts.  It is more prominent in the right ear than the left ear.  Nothing effects the loudness of this buzz/whine EXCEPT the EQ Curve switch.  The buzz/whine is louder when switched to Isolator mode vs EQ mode.  The tone of the buzz/whine changes when switching back and forth between the Sweep and Dub Echo color fx, and will stay at the pitch of the last selected effect even if you turn the effect off.  This buzz/whine is not present on the outputs of the mixer, only in the headphone jack, tested with both headphone jacks and tested with my Sennheiser 598's and Sennheiser cx150's.  Tested with just power plugged in, directly into wall socket, nothing else around it, nothing else plugged in anywhere.  Several others have reported this problem as the posted links above show, and stated this doesn't happen on the other DJM mixers.  Hoping this can be resolved with a firmware update.  I'll have to return the mixer otherwise and go for something else unfortunately.

All devices have a minimum noise floor on the various outputs, and there is an expected amount (albeit tiny) from lower-quality outputs such as the headphones. All I can suggest is you contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region and they can inspect the mixer to see if it's within the norms of the headphone output.
