Cdj 2000 nexus not stable tempo

Hello,
I have a problem with one of my Cdj's. Tempo became not stable.
If I keep tempo stick in the middle it still shows +2.4,+2.8... If I go up or down and stop, it starts 'jumping' and I can't keep stable tempo.
