Djm 900 nx2 no audio in line in on laptop & error E01 message when trying to update....pleaseeeee helpppp

I bought a new pioneer djm 900nx2 & love the sound as it's a lot better that the nxs1 the only problem I have is there seems to be no audio going into my laptop & I can't broadcast on open broadcast software....when I had my previous nx1 I just plugged it in & the drivers downloaded & it worked....when trying to update my nx2 from the usb stick I just get an Error E01 message....plz help
