Hey all, I have the controller from the beginning but the last couple of weeks it seems that the deck 1 volume is louder than deck 2, really anyonning for mixing.
So for example, the volume slides are both up, and the trim of both decks is in the middle, well deck 1 playing louder, tested it to be sure with the same track on both decks.
Other than that i have encountered sometimes that the main audio output suddenly increase of volume alot, believe me, not only does the crowd jump up from this, me 2 afcourse, so the only thing i can do then is turn the master lever to zero volume, when turning it back up all is ok again. (also had this on the booth out & had it also with different dmx cables)

The trim should be adjusted for each track you load to set the gain so the peaks are around the 0dB mark. Typically I aim for the first orange LED for an easy visual indicator. Then, with the channel fader at 10, the master level is adjusted so the master meter matches the channel meter.
As for the volume jumping, are you running the XDJ-RX through any other outboard equipment?
is the crossfader in the middle?
