BPM of WAV not analysing correctly

Hello,

I'm a Techno Producer and I just finished mastered a track by an engineer. I mixed and recorded the song at 130 BPM, and the pre-master WAV file was tested and analysed in Rekordbox correctly at 130. However when I received the new mastered WAV file and loaded it into Rekordbox, it analysed it at 129.96 BPM.

I just checked with the mastering engineer, and he said that no time stretching was applied to the file and that he doesn't have tools to change tempo. This leads me to believe that there's an issue within Rekordbox, maybe a setting is off perhaps? The settings are set to analyse tracks from 70-180 BPM so not sure what's causing this issue. Any thoughts?
