STILL have problems with this update. Hot ques are not in quantize, sometimes pads are not responding in slip mode, for example,today i had to push Back button few times to go back on my playlists. Is it possible to downgrade on 1.32 firmware? if its no, please help

As far as I know it's not possible to downgrade the firmware. It's difficult to diagnose this problem over the internet, which is why Pulse told you to contact a Pioneer DJ service center to have your hardware inspected.
Im asking here about downgrading the firmware and i didnt get answer from Pioneer official. We are paying a lot of money for their products, we deserve that, at least, not to locking the post without option if someone else have/know about this problem. I was writing to all Pioneer DJ media, no one ever answered, so im pretty much angry, so im considering to get my money back from the shop for this rx2. All these problems ive noticed when i updated new firmwire 1.33, before that everything was perfect, so i doubt that the problem is in hardware
