DDJ1000 controller. driver installation failed (002)

When I open recordbox it says that I need an update 5.4.0. and i pressed ok.
Further few steps were ok and that the next window says DDJ1000 controller. driver installation failed (002) . Dont know what am i doing wrong. Also sometimes down in the bottom of the recordbox windows it says DDJ 1000 disconected.
pls help me :c

@Fran > There are a couple of reasons the driver install may fail; one is that your computer doesn't have the appropriate service packs, another is that your user does not have administrative privileges. As @Marcel points out, it could also be due to a conflict or even a defective installation package.

Please check those items first, and be sure to right-click and "Run as Administrator" when you install the drivers.

uninstall Rekordbox and download the full latest version from the website and install that. The update went bezerk on my PC too. Once i installed the full version fresh it worked fine.

Make sure your controller is turned off before installing the drivers .
