RMX 1000 suddenly stops working

Hi,

Some time ago I bought a RMX 1000 and while making music it suddenly stops. No input- or output and when I use the "release FX" button the unit hangs.

Is this a known problem and is there maybe a factory reset possible?

Hmmm... not sure, you may want to try updating the firmware?

I've updated the firmware to the latest one.

Could be a hardware failure - please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have your RMX inspected and/or serviced.
